We mainly use our nozzle models SD 16, SD 17 and SD 25, which have proven themselves hundreds of times in a wide variety of applications. They are especially suitable for the ultra-fine application of low-viscosity media, such as oils or release agents.
The nozzles can be easily installed in any forming die and with their compact dimensions – overall length from 26 mm (SD 17) to 44 mm (SD 25) – can be used almost universally. Depending on the nozzle cap used, the spray is applied as a flat or round jet. The separate supply of spray material, spraying air and control air enables precise, needs-based adjustment of the spray quantity and spray strength in the nozzles and helps to avoid unnecessary spray consumption.
For spraying areas that are particularly difficult to access, differently shaped nozzle extensions are available, as are versatilely positionable holders for the nozzle unit. With additionally available heating elements, required viscosities can be ensured at all times during application.
